Medical capillary tubes are generally welded from stainless steel strips, and cold drawn, annealed, cut (typically 2 meter), straightened, checked for leaks, cleaned, dried, vacuum package. Manufacturing Process:

• Raw Material Selection: AISI 304 / 1.4301 stainless steel strips
• Cold Drawing: The tube is repeatedly drawn through precision dies and over mandrels, reducing the diameter and wall thickness to the final dimensions.
• Annealing: The tube is annealed (heated and cooled in a controlled atmosphere) to soften the steel, relieve internal stresses, and restore ductility, allowing for further drawing without cracking.
• Straightening: The coiled tubes are straightened by the machine..
