ASTM A376 TP347H Pipe With CS Fins HFW Fin Tube, Professional-Grade Heat Resistant Solution

  • Base pipe: Manufactured from ASTM A376 TP347H grade austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe. This material is stabilized with niobium, specifically designed for high-temperature and high-pressure service. It offers exceptional creep resistancestress rupture strength, and resistance to steam-side oxidation.

  • Fins: Made from Carbon Steel strip, which acts as an extended heat transfer surface.

  • Manufacturing Process: The carbon steel fins are securely welded onto the external surface of the TP347H base pipe via High-Frequency Welding technology. This process creates a metallurgical bond between the fins and the base pipe, ensuring minimal contact thermal resistance and superior heat transfer efficiency.

It is an energy-saving heat transfer component fabricated by integrally bonding carbon steel fins to a TP347H stainless steel base pipe through the HFW process. This design combines the intrinsic superior properties of TP347H under high temperature and pressure with the cost-effectiveness and efficient heat transfer of carbon steel fins. Its primary applications include superheaters, reheaters, and heat exchanger components in extreme environments such as utility boilers and heat recovery systems.
