2. Key Adventages
Manufactured from Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276), providing outstanding performance in both oxidizing and reducing media, with high resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
Strictly forged per ASTM B462, eliminating casting defects and providing continuous grain flow for superior mechanical strength, fatigue resistance, and impact toughness.
Maintains excellent mechanical properties and creep resistance at elevated temperatures, suitable for demanding applications in chemical, oil & gas, and flue gas desulfurization systems.
The weldneck design gradually transfers stress from the flange hub to the pipe, minimizing stress concentration and enhancing safety under long-term cyclic service.
